TPP is an event design and management company specialising in the organisation and creation of events for corporate clients both in the UK and overseas. Since our formation in 1997 we’ve been providing creative, imaginative and challenging events that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations: whatever the event, wherever the location, whatever your requirements, we’ll create the ideal event that fulfils your every objective, deliver it within budget, without hassle, and manage it to perfection.
Our combined years in events and corporate business makes us ideal business partners. Our experience has given us an exceptional approach to the organisation and management of events, tremendous buying power, access to incredible venues and the active participation of some great partners.
From small overseas incentive trips to multinational conferences, we’re here to help in whatever capacity works for you and your business. We offer a service that can either encompass the complete management of your event or simply take responsibility for delivering specific aspects on your behalf.
At the heart of the team are Tony Colston and Stephanie Hardman. With their skills, experience, contacts and enthusiasm, together they drive the creative approach and effective delivery of events that make TPP’s clients come back to them time and again.
Tony Colston
Tony’s experience of international events and business development spans over 25 years and 92 countries. During that time, he has worked in the Middle East, been Director of a Performance Management company and Head of Marketing for a leading international financial services company. As such, he has been involved in delivering a range of dynamic events and programmes around the world for organisations as diverse as Thomas Cook and American Express, the Royal Opera House and overseas trade missions for major industry associations.
Within the financial services sector, he was instrumental in establishing new distribution channels and satellite offices on 4 continents - giving him a unique insight of the needs and business challenges of TPP’s clients and the essential drivers of individual development that are so often crucial to an event’s success.
Tony founded TPP in 1997. Since then, his energy has been the driving force behind many unforgettable events and today, whilst continuing to harness his skills, experience, creativity, commitment and enthusiasm to deliver world-class events for TPP’s international clients, he is also actively encouraging the entrepreneurs of tomorrow to hone their skills not only through his involvement with the Princes Trust and Young Enterprise but also through his mentoring and public speaking engagements.
Stephanie Hardman
Stephanie’s career in international finance and professional services has provided an ideal platform for her transition into event management for corporate clients. With extensive international marketing communications and project management experience for management giants PwC amongst others, Stephanie is accustomed to finding the most appropriate and powerful means of delivering key business messages.
Her experience of managing and executing public relations campaigns, market research programmes and delivering international conventions and events throughout Europe, Australia, Asia, the US and the Middle East, position her as a uniquely qualified event management professional.
With her outstanding writing skills, head for strategic planning and project management and her desire to build understanding and buy-in for business objectives, Stephanie is the driving force behind many of TPP’s successful communications events.
